Civil Society Organizations:
One of our most important interventions is to build up democratic CSOs and help them towards collective management and governance of natural resources and to advocate for their rights and entitlements.
- Facilitated 58 VDCs and 4 Panchayat level CBOs in our Community Development Project area.
- Facilitated 51 VDCs & 4 Panchayat level Federations in Disaster Risk Reduction Project area.
- Establoshed two block level forest dependent people's federations - Anchalik Jungle Surakshya Parisad, covering 148 villages of 10 GPs in Nandapur Block & Dangar Bikash Parisad covering 4 GPs of Koraput Block .
- We have facilitated a District level forest dependent people's federation called Koraput Jilla Banabasi Sangha covering 742 villages of 14 blocks in Koraput District in association with local NGOs and People’s Organisations.

Natural Resource Management:
We educate and demonstrate conservation and sustainable management of natural resources through capacity building of community and demonstration models. For more information on the Natural Resource Management Projects, click here.
System Of Rice Intensification:
Starting from a small experiment with 5 farmers we have scaled up SRI practice to address food security of 1000 small and marginal farmers in 8 blocks, in association with 6 local NGOs. For more information on the SRI projects, click here.
Sustainable Agriculture through organic practices:
We promote the use of organic farming practices through demonstrations and training. For more information on the Sustainable Agriculture Projects, click here.
Women Self Help Groups (SHGS) and Self Help Cooperatives:
We promote SHGs & Self Help Cooperatives for socio-economic empowerment. We have facilitated 116 SHGs and one Self Help Cooperative covering 1462 members. For more information on the Womens SHGS and SHC Projects, click here.
Disaster Risk Reduction:
We work for disaster risk reduction through formation and strengthening of VDCs and Task Force. We also respond to emergencies through relief and rehabilitation. For more information on the Disaster Risk Reduction Projects, click here.
Community Based Rehabilitation for Persons With Disabilities:
We are working towards mainstreaming and social inclusion of persons with disabilities by changing attitudes and perceptions and inclusion of persons with disabilities in existing Community Based Organizations. For more information on the CBR Projects, click here.
